Returns and Exchange Policy

We aim to ensure a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience each time you choose to shop with us. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we have made the exchange process super easy for you.

Local Orders:

All items purchased from saltmens.com are eligible for exchange within 10 days of delivery — no questions asked!
Notify us within 3 days of receiving your order
We offer FREE pickup for customers opting for the online exchange process. RS 299 Will be charged as Delivery cost of exchange.
The process typically takes 4-5 working days.

Exchange Eligibility Criteria:

An item can be exchanged if:

It is unused, unwashed, in saleable condition, with original tags and packaging intact.
A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation email) is provided.

Exchange Not Applicable If:

The exchange request is made after 10 days of delivery.
The product has been used, damaged, or tampered with.
Original packaging, tags, labels, or invoice are missing.
The claim relates to excess fabric or embellishment used in photo shoots, unless explicitly stated on the website.
The item was purchased from an unauthorized seller. Always shop via saltmens.com (delivered in our official printed flyer).
Boxer/Shorts are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE due to hygiene reasons.

Refund Policy

We do not offer cash refunds. Refunds are allowed only under specific circumstances:

Eligible Refund Scenarios:

The customer cancels the order before shipment processing begins (only for credit/debit card orders).
A product is found defective during quality control and cannot be replaced due to unavailability.

Refunds may take up to 3 business days to reflect in your account.
